Chana Salad

Cooking Time : 5 to 10 mins
Serves / Makes : 4 persons

  • Garbanzo(Chhole)beans 1/2 cup
  • Kidney beans(Rajma) 1/2 cup
  • Green Chana 1/2 cup
  • Mung Sprout 1 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Tomato(med. size) 1
  • Red Onion 1
  • Brocolli(if available)
  • Iceberg Lettuce(if available)
  • Lemon juice 2 tabspoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black Pepper

Soak all the beans overnight.

Cook the beans except the mung sprout till half boiled. Half boil the brocolli also. Finely cut carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.

Add salt and lemon juice. Add little black pepper. Mix all the ingradients.

This salad is very tasty, healthy and easy to make. You can have it as starter as well as meal. The beans will fill your stomach and cucumber and lettuce will provide water. Easy to digest.
