Peel the pummelo and orange so no white membrane is left.
- 1 pummelo*
- 1 navel orange
- 1 T. Sucanat
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
With a sharp knife, section the fruit by cutting it away from the

You can make endless variations of this by adding other favorite
citrus fruits, nuts, etc., but this basic recipe is really good.
* Pummelo is a green grapefruit-looking fruit that tastes somewhat
like grapefruit but is much milder.
