with Bulgur Wheat

Soak *don't ever* boil the bulgar or couscous in same amount water
with curry powder mixed in.
- Two bunches parsley
- three tomaotes
- half dozen green onions
- two garlic cloves
- I cup couscous or 1cup bulgar wheat
- three tablespoons curry
- juice of two lemons
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- black pepper
Stir occasionally for the first ten minutes.
It will be ready in 30 minutes!
Clean juice and seeds from tomatoes.
Chop parsley, tomatoes, green onion very fine.
Send garlic through a press (more if you like)
Mix couscous/bulgar, lemon juice, oil and pepper to taste - Ready
