1. In a blender, combine the juices, tofu, sherbet or sorbet, bananas,
- 2/3 cup Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1/3 cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 4 ounces Soft Tofu, drained
- 1/2 cup Orange Sherbet, or Peach
- 2 Bananas, broken into chunks
- 1 cup Strawberries, halved
- 1 cup vegan Ice Cream
- Fresh Mint Leaves, for garnish, (optional)
2. Cover & blend until smooth.
3. Through hole in lid of blender, with machine running, add ice
cubes one at a time until smooth & well blended.
4. Pour into tall glasses; garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
