Gary Kemp (1959 - )

Gary Kemp (born 16 October 1959, in Islington, London) is an English pop artist who was the guitar player and chief songwriter for the 1980s Synthpop band Spandau Ballet. His brother Martin Kemp played bass guitar in the band. He also provided backing vocals on many of the tracks to lead singer Tony Hadley.

There are many websites listing Gary Kemp as a 'famous vegetarian', but no apparent evidence online. He was married for some years to Sadie Frist, whose vegetarianism seems to be better documented, as is that of his brother Martin. Let us know if you find more.
