Nacido en 1967, he sido vegetariano desde 1989, y vegano desde 1997. En este tiempo, me he ido involucrando progresivamente en la causa vegetariana, no sólo en mi país, sino también en el extranjero. Profesionalmente trabajo como informático en nuestro servicio sanitario público, lo cual me ha capacitado en gran medida para trabajar con internet. Mi vida privada está dedicada actualmente a criar un maravilloso niño vegano junto con mi compañera Estrella, que siempre me ha apoyado en todas las actividades en las que he estado implicado. El tiempo restante (no tanto como quisiéramos) lo dedicamos al funcionamiento de nuestra asociación vegetariana local, a escribir artículos, a dar charlas y entrevistas, a componer e imprimir revistas, a colaborar con otros grupos diversos y a escribir libros. Mi relación con la IVU empezó como traductor, y desde 1998 como encargado de mantener las páginas web de los grupos de ámbito hispano y en general todos los materiales traducidos al español, convirtiendo nuestro idioma en el segundo más empleado en la web de IVU en su conjunto. Habiendo sido nombrado webmaster suplente en 2002, haré todo lo necesario para respaldar el trabajo de John Davis y seguir ayudando a la IVU de cualquier manera posible. Aparte del veg\*anismo, otros intereses personales míos son el cuidado natural de los hijos, la agricultura ecológica o biológica, la música y el cine, y también el atletismo (mi mejor marca personal en media maratón: *1 hora 29 min*).
