First of all we would like to again thank [Francisco Martín](https://ivu.org/international-vegetarian-union/resources/interviews/4303-members-council-francisco-martin.html) for his dedication to producing the IVU magazine over the last 3 years. At the recent [International Congress in Thailand](https://ivu.org/hv-congress-1999-congress-thai99-index.html) it was decided that we would divide the magazine into various interest sections. Those sections cover a fairly wide range of publics. In this edition you will find articles on healing with color, scientific and philosophical pieces, vegetarianism and religion, a youth section, vegetarian outreach, and of course lots of news. We welcome your feedback.
