These charges are valid for bookings up to 31st of July. Up to 31st August add 10 per cent. For bookings in September, please contact the organisers (AVI). Rooms will be allocated in booking order; if necessary, alternative accommodation will be provided in a similar hotel with guaranteed shuttle service to the congress.
