If you would like to give a talk, workshop, or any type of presentation at the 41st IVU World Vegfest, in either Kuala Lumpur or Penang - download, complete and send the form.

1 - download the file - this is in word 2010 (.docx) format - see below for alternatives
2 - ensure editing is enabled (top right), and save a copy to your own disk
3 - complete at leisure, expanding the file as needed, and saving as you go, there is quite a lot of it...
4 - email the completed form, as an attachment, direct to Malaysia via the names/addresses at the bottom of the form
