Peggie's Pie

Recipe by Peggie Vine, presented at the Club on 14 October 1998. Peggie filled this pie crust with a vegetable, chickpea and tomato stew.

Rub white Flora and Flora 70% vegetable fat spread into the flour until the mixture resembles fine, even bread crumbs. Add water and mix with a round-bladed knife to form a firm dough. Knead lightly with fingertips on a lightly floured surface.

Cover and chill before using.
