Peter went to Sweden at the age of 19 for a year, and has now lived there for 20 years. He trained as a Chef from 1991-93 and has worked at Health Farms, Course Centres and Vegetarian restaurants in both Sweden and Norway.

Between 1995 - 2000 he lived in London and after brief stints at Cuisine Imaginaire and Cranks worked at the Wholesale Community Foods Ltd providing staff meals and helping with recipe development.

Peter returned to Sweden last year and divides his time between being a chef and teaching different cookery courses. He loves the Swedish forests and lakes but spends as much time as possible on the coast. Peter has a passion for ethnic foods and world music which is reflected in his travel destinations and the food and spices he uses in his cooking.
