Liza Hattingh has been working in the field of journalism, advertising and public relations for universities as well as media companies in South Africa, until forming her own advertising and public relations agency three years ago. While living and working in Port Elizabeth, she was chosen as Public Relations Officer of the Year for Toastmasters International in Southern Africa.

Her writing on medical and health topics have been published in Cosmopolitan magazine and DeKat magazine. She has a particular interest in the immunity building properties of a healthful vegetarian diet. Liza recently completed the Cordon Vert Diploma at the Cordon Vert Cookery School of the UK Vegetarian Society and after having experienced the training provided she highly recommends any of the courses offered at the school. She loves travelling and exploring new destinations with her pilot husband. They currently live in Pretoria, South Africa.
