Linda is a tutor for the Cordon Vert Cookery School and has been a vegetarian for about ten years. She and her husband Ian run 'Cruachan', a vegan/vegetarian bed and breakfast and Food and Drink Guild member on the west coast of Scotland as well as outside catering and food consultancy to Scotland's hospitality industry. May 2002 will see the opening of 'Pinto's', their mid Argyll based vegan and vegetarian restaurant which will also be a learning centre for groups and individuals interested in the vegan and vegetarian lifestyle. She believes her success has been largely attributable to the support and skills obtained as a previous Cordon Vert student, together with her vision of and commitment to the promotion of vegetarianism in the UK. |
