Use a small round scoop to shape the melon flesh into balls.
- Half medium watermelon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30g sugar
- Fresh mint sprigs
- Finely sliced orange peel
Put them into a bowl and carefully stir in the lemon juice and sugar.
Chill for at least half an hour before serving.
Serve in individual bowls, garnishing each bowl with a sprig or two
of mint and some finely sliced orange peel.
