Makes 350ml (12 fl oz)
If you have a liquidizer, simply put all ingredients in the goblet
and whizz till they are combined.
- 300g (10.5oz) packet tofu (it doesn't specify type, I used firm
which worked fine)
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Barbados molasses sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt
- Black pepper
Alternatively, put the tofu in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the vinegar, mustard, sugar and whisk again.
Then beat in the oil, a little at a time.
Season with salt and pepper.
Again, this is nice with fresh herbs added, or some spring onions.
