Vegan 'Western' Main Course Meals

(OK, boiled, but as-good-as-steamed if you don't overcook)
Heat up some water in a pan.
Throw in some baby carrots, califlower and/or brocolli florets,
cook till yummy, pour off the water, add a bit of seasoning if desired,
eat it out of the pan to save a bowl.
Most people think of steamed veggies as a side dish, but I don't
have any problem making a meal out of it.
Bread on the side if you like.
