Mix all ingredients, cover, and let stand until double in size, about
45 minutes to and hour.
- 3 cups flour
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 package yeast dissolved in 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Cut dough in half.
Roll out into flat into 1 foot squares.
Roll in jelly roll fashion starting at sides.
Fold each end under, lay folded ends down on greased cookie sheet.
Cover and let stand 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350* for 20 to 30 minutes.
