With Cream Curry
Preparation time: 20 minutes; Serves: 4
In a skillet heat oil and add chopped onions. Fry until light brown.
Then add garlic, salt, turmeric, chopped green chilies and fry for
a minute or two.
- 1 pound Tomatoes
- 2 medium Onions
- 1 long Green Chile
- 0.25 cup Oil
- 1.5 cup Soy Milk
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to garnish
Next add sliced tomatoes over medium heat, cook for ten minutes
or until all the liquid is absorbed. Now add soy milk and simmer
until sauce thickens (four minutes).
Goes well with sour dough bread and rice.
