Rasedaar sabzi (vegetable-in-a-curry)

  • 1 cup frozed hashbrowns
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp corriander pd.
  • salt and chilli pd to taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some jeera or rai
Get the masala ready (Like you did for rajma).
Add the hashbrowns and the peas, (they take just about 7-8 minutes to get tender) and add about 2 cups of water.
Keep the heat medium high and cover up the sabzi to reduce the cooking time.
