Tastes great , People served 2 , Cooking Time 15minutes .
- Puffed rice ( 2 cups )
- Oil --- 2 Tea spoon
- Musted seeds --- 1 Tea spoon
- Jeera -- 1/2 spoon
- Green chillies --- 2
- Ginger --- Cut it into small pieces
- Onion --- 1 Medium sliced ( cut it into small pieces )
- Coriender/Cilantro leaves
- Salt to taste .
Add 2 spoon oil to the pan .
Then add musturd seeds , when it starts splutring add jeera.
Then add Green chillies n onion ,salt . when the onions become slight
brown colour add ginger paste .
In another bowl .. place puffed rice add little water to it .
Then add the puffed rice to the pan and start sterring for about
2 minute .
Garnish with fresh cilantro n Mixture .
