Puffed rice

Tastes great , People served 2 , Cooking Time 15minutes .

  • Puffed rice ( 2 cups )
  • Oil --- 2 Tea spoon
  • Musted seeds --- 1 Tea spoon
  • Jeera -- 1/2 spoon
  • Green chillies --- 2
  • Ginger --- Cut it into small pieces
  • Onion --- 1 Medium sliced ( cut it into small pieces )
  • Coriender/Cilantro leaves
  • Mixture
  • Salt to taste .

Add 2 spoon oil to the pan .
Then add musturd seeds , when it starts splutring add jeera.
Then add Green chillies n onion ,salt . when the onions become slight brown colour add ginger paste .
In another bowl .. place puffed rice add little water to it .
Then add the puffed rice to the pan and start sterring for about 2 minute .
Garnish with fresh cilantro n Mixture .
