Pumpkin Frappe

  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup low-fat soy milk
  • 2 scoops plain or vanilla soy protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend at high speed about one minute.
