Yes, here is one I like to eat. Although millet is not commonly
used in taboilu, it is an easily digested grain that tastes good
in this recipe:
- Millet -- cook one half cup millet until soft. Set aside to
Wash and chop vegetables finely (remove stems).
- 1 - 2 bunches of parsley
- 2 bunches small scallions
- a handful of mint leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- juice of one lemon
- 2 - 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
