(made from Chick Peas) is really easy and VERY tasty.
I'm not much on measuring but try this on for size and adjust to
- 1 can (15 oz.) chick peas - process these until well "flaked"
Blend until creamy.
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. tahini (sesame butter)
- 1 t. garlic
- 1/4 t. cumin
If too thick or dry add a little more olive oil.
If you like a garlicky hummus, add more!
Serve on pita wedges.
Top with garden fresh tomato slices for a yummy lunch.
