with Juniper Berries
Yield: 4 servings
Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
- 25g margarine
- 1 medium onion; chopped
- 1 clove garlic; crushed
- 6 juniper berries; crushed
- 450g cabbage; shredded
Add the onion, garlic and juniper berries and lightly cook for 5 minutes,
until the onion is soft.
Add the cabbage and stir until well coated with butter.
Cover and cook the cabbage in its own juices for 10 minutes, stirring
The cabbage should be slightly crunchy and not soft. Serve hot.
