- 250gr Black Olives
- 1k white rice
- Black Pepper in powder
- Olive oil
- 2 fullspoons Seasoning Salt
- Minced garlic.
- 4.5 cups hot water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sultanas
Blend the olives with 1/2 cup cold water for 1 mn.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil add 1/2 soupspoon of garlic chopped
onion, pepper, for 1 mn.
Add hot water, bay leaf, and the desired seasoning salt.
Add the black olives allready blended and then add the rice. Let
it cook for about 20 mn in medium high at the end add the sultanas
previously washed. and keep cooking for 10 more minutes in low.
Serve with Veges stew or mashed potatoe
