I have a fairly simple recipe for tofu pudding, although it uses
carob instead of cocoa (I don't eat cocoa).
But I'm sure you could just substitute an equal amount of cocoa
powder for the carob powder if you want.
Mix all ingredients together in blender and chill before serving.
- 2 Cups small cubes of silken tofu
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 3 frozen bananas, cut into small pieces
- 4 Tablespoons carob (or cocoa) powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
