- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 lb tofu
- 1 tsp salt (or use soy sauce at table)
- 2 tbs nutritional yeast
- 2 tbs sweet rice vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp vegetable broth mix
Heat up tofu in microwave until hot, put in blender.
Heat soy milk to boil (in microwave).
Place soy milk in blender along with tofu.
Blend together until smooth.
Heating soy milk before helps make sauce thicker and creamier.
Add all additional ingredients and blend together.
Ready to put on hot pasta or vegetables.
